NS Luxury Villa Hotel Website
I work at this hotel's reception desk, and I built its website. This is what was breaking, what I built, and what changed at the front desk.
A little of what I’ve learned along the way
I try to understand the people and the problem before I reach for an answer. These stories are about listening, learning as I go, and staying with the work until it feels right for the people who need it.
I work at this hotel's reception desk, and I built its website. This is what was breaking, what I built, and what changed at the front desk.
The hotel had no website. Guests could not see the rooms or the prices for themselves, so every question landed on the front desk, the same few answers, all day long.
Photos of every room, prices in plain view, Google Maps directions, and one-tap buttons to call or message on WhatsApp. It opens quickly even on slow mobile data.
The simple calls slowed to a trickle. Guests arrive already knowing the rooms, the prices, and how to reach the team, and most confirm their stay on WhatsApp.
How a beauty and skincare shop moved from WhatsApp status posts to a proper online store with nationwide delivery, and what changed once the orders started flowing.
Is this item in stock? How much with delivery? Every sale started with the same long back-and-forth, typed out again and again.
Products sorted into groups, clear descriptions, prices you don't have to ask about, and a simple checkout that works on the network most customers actually have.
Every order now arrives with the items and the address already written down, and new customers keep finding the shop through Google, beyond the usual audience.
